What has allowed California to build all of these great facilities? The passage of AB1296, the Skateboarding Bill. In October 97 Governor Pete Wilson signed this bill into law which will limit liability of skateparks and by so doing open the door for all California communities to provide safe and enjoyable parks for their youth.
